Claire G. Cooper is Counsel to the firm, advising clients on a variety of employment-based visa categories.  She counsels multinational and domestic corporations in a wide range of industries on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications, particularly H-1B, L-1, TN visa applications, and PERM labor certifications.

Prior to joining King English, LLC, Claire was a litigation associate with an Am Law 100 firm.  While there, Claire represented clients in connection with environmental regulatory compliance, enforcement, and environmental-related contractual disputes.  

Claire attended Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, and Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude.  She began her career as law clerk to the late Honorable Rudy B. Coleman in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
